Departure Overview

Guests are met at the entrance gate to the VIP terminal, and remain in the VIP lounge to enjoy light refreshments and beverages, while we take care of all outgoing flight procedures: security check, passport control, flight c/i and so on. Guests are then transported by a VIP car to the plane. (To receive this service you must be able to provide an available local mobile phone number).

FAQ

VIP service does not include transportation from/to the airport. This is an additional service. See our Interurban Transportation section.

With VIP service you can schedule the meeting for as late as 2 hours before departure time. Without the service you must be at the airport at 3 hours before departure time.

On arrival the representative will meet you at the exit of the finger attached to the plane – they will be holding a sign with your name. On departure the representative will meet you at Gate 03 on the arrivals level. Meeting will be coordinated by phone.

The representative can assist with one trolley. If you require more than one trolley, you will need to reserve a porter as well.

For large groups portage services are required.

A telephone number is required for departure flight so that the representative can coordinate the meeting at the gate.

The representative will have a sign with your name.

When coordinating by phone this is also organized.

Yes. Pets are allowed.

VIP service can provide a wheel chair. Buggies are provided by the airlines only and must be coordinated through them.

The representative takes you to transportation in the confines of the terminal only. For an additional fee we can arrange for a car to take you to the car rental premises. Please contact the office for details.

Gold Club provides use of the VIP lounge, which can house other passengers as well. VIP Gold Club provides you with a private room in the VIP lounge with all the services.

VIP services are available at both terminal 1 and terminal 3. Each is a separate service with different prices.

There are VIP services at some of the bridges crossing to Jordan. Please contact the office for details.
